Important message from our CEO, Kevin O’Brien

To help as many business as we can during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented the following structural and pricing changes for our services. We recognize that price will be a big factor in you deciding if virtual is a workable option, and we are doing our best to accommodate as many as we can.

Time for a virtual career fair to launch:

  • Under 25 booths – 14 days
  • Over 25 booths – 30 days

Services and features to ensure successful events:

  • All booth styles will be built in the same format/style (this will greatly cut down on the amount of time needed to train recruiters)
  • All training will be scheduled via public calendar

Pricing:

  • Single company virtual career fair- $6,000 (normally $7,500)
  • Multi-company virtual career fairs (associations or event organizers) $12,000 (normally $14,000)
  • College virtual career fairs- up to 50 booths- $14,000 (normally $20,000)

 
Please understand that we are working as fast and as hard as we can to accommodate every request that we are receiving, and we want to put the most important piece upfront to ensure you are not wasting your time exploring a possible event with us if we are simply not in your price range or budget.
